If you’re new to functional fitness, then the beginner course is perfect for you! We schedule a private one on one training session where we assess your fitness level, mobility/flexibility, and discuss your personal goals.
Once we complete your fitness assessment, we book you for multiple one on one sessions to learn all the movements we use in class. During these sessions you’ll learn proper exercise technique so you can become more confident and comfortable before joining class.

What is functional fitness? Functional fitness means utilizing exercises that you’ll use for your everyday life such as squats, pulling, pushing, lifting. Our classes are 60 minutes long and are coached by a personal trainer. This means you’ll have someone teaching you how to perform exercises, correct your technique, and motivate you through the entire class. The best part is everything is programmed for you, all you have to do is show up for a great workout!

Trainers also measure their client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client’s improvements in physical fitness.
